♡︎ Just breathe.
Life can be good & it can be bad. There are ups & there are downs. But we need to find healthy ways to make it through each day. Try taking nice big deep breathes when you're feeling overwhelmed. Sometimes, we need to cry to let out some of the pain, hurt & stresses of life. There's nothing wrong with crying. Go ahead & cry. Get it out. As many times as takes. Crying actually releases endorphins which helps us feel better after. Also, we need breaks. Please take time off when necessary & get some extra rest. Eat healthy & stay hydrated. Please keep calm, breathe deep & pray your way through the day.
♡︎ Just take it one day at a time.
Understandably, after a loss or breakup it can be devastating. When we love someone, our emotions are involved so it can be mentally draining. It can break you down physically as well. I know it's easier said than done. Please pray for healing & peace. Please try to take it one day at a time, every day will get better. Depression isn't healthy because it takes a toll on you mentally & physically. Please, DO NOT GIVE UP. Keep moving and pushing forward. Just keep your mind busy doing the things that you love.
♡︎ Relax & Love Yourself.
Please do not forget to take care of yourself. Self-care is very critical & beneficial to your well-being. Drink some relaxing teas. Open up the windows let some fresh air in &/or go sit on the porch. Buy yourself some flowers to liven up your place. Water can be very soothing & relaxing. Take longer baths or showers. Aromatherapy is relaxing & therapeutic. Buy a diffuser &/or oil warmer. Try some essential oils. Melt some wax cubes. Light some fragrant candles. Play some soothing music. Keep yourself busy by doing positive spirit lifting things. Go for a scenic walk or drive. You can set the scene at home by downloading an aquatic screensaver on your tv. Go get a massage &/or go to a salon. Take on a new hobby. Buy some paint supplies & create a masterpiece.
♡︎ When Nothing Seems to Work.
Please reach out to a church for extra support. Find healthy ways to cope when life gets tough. Please do not act reckless, drink excessively or use illicit drugs. If you're thinking about harming yourself, please don't. You have people that love you & care about you. You're very important. If that doesn't work, you may just need a little therapy. Therapy is very healthy. You will feel comfortable because they're non-judgmental. They're a listening ear. But first & foremost please seek Jesus He is the best listening ear through prayer. You are loved.
♡︎ Finding Peace.
Nobodies life is perfect. It may seem that way but trust some people are just better at coping & dealing with it. When it rains sometimes it pours. Rain is essential in life. It does more than water plants & trees that's give us oxygen. H20 is essential to our bodies as well. Our body is composed of more than half of water. Water keeps us hydrated & produces tears. Crying is therapeutic & healthy. It all coincides. Know that there's sunshine & a rainbow after every storm. It shows that there's hope. You deserve to be happy & It's okay to be happy. Again, speak positivity over your life. Relax, love, seek peace & enJOY yourself. Repeat. Just take it one day at a time. And never stop praying. There's power in praying & finding peace. The Lord God in Heaven already knows what you need & what you're going through. Don't just pray when things are bad. Always give thanks. Again, please never stop praying. In Jesus name. Amen.
