I believe in empowering the youth & adults with knowledgeable keys & resources to help them gain self-awareness and the confidence that's needed to overcome obstacles that may come their way. 

Love yourself & love one another. Love doesn't hurt. It's patience & kindness. And don't be afraid to speak your truth. When you see something, hear something or suspect something you be the voice of reason & you speak up. This can help put an end to disruptive behaviors & patterns at home or in the world as a whole in general.
