Life is unpredictable. There's ups & there's downs. Times when everything seems to be going right. Then they're times when things seem to be only going wrong. But somewhere in between we have to find a balance because stress can really take a toll on you mentally & physically, and it's very unhealthy. Change your mind set by counteracting bad thoughts by good thoughts. Focus on the good.
I know that being positive when things are negative is hard because as humans, we have emotions. And some people's emotions are more delicate than others, because some people wear their heart on their sleeves. But try your very best to try to control them. Speak positivity into your day, into your life. Counteract negativity with positivity. Somethings especially negativity are simply a distraction. Chase your purpose, not your problems. Learn to ignore & block out the distractions, so that it doesn't keep you from living your Gods given destiny.
Also, you need to stop pressuring yourself. Stop being so hard on yourself. Nobody is perfect & it's impossible to be. You deserve breaks. Our mind & body need rest. Take some me time to recharge. Love yourself. Remember tomorrow is a new day, try to do the best that you can today & tomorrow will work itself out. Wakeup everyday claiming victory & peace.
